基于WEB网络平台上报护理不良事件的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用WEB网络平台上报护理不良事件的应用效果。方法:对比分析2013年5月至2014年4月采用WEB网络平台及2012年5月至2013年4月未采取WEB网络平台上报护理不良事件的上报率、跟踪率、护理质量考核得分及护士满意度等指标进行分析。结果:采用WEB网络平台上报护理不良事件后上报率由67.14%提高至94.55%,跟踪率由14.69%提高至86.65%,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理质量考核得分由(91.24±2.42)分上升至(93.41±2.28)分,护士满意度得分由(90.14±3.47)分上升至(97.68±4.64)分,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取WEB网络平台上报护理不良事件有助于提高不良事件上报率及跟踪率,避免可预防不良事件的发生,使护理管理真正实现规范化、科学化及系统化。Objective：To explore the application of reporting the nursing adverse events based on WEB platform.Methods：2013May to 2014 April using WEB network platform and 2012 May to 2013 April not using the WEB network platform were chosen.The nursing adverse events reporting rate,tracking rate,nursing quality assessment score and nurse satisfaction index were used to analysis.Results：Using WEB platform to reporting the nursing adverse events the reporting rate increased from 67.14%to 94.55%,tracking rate increased from 14.69%to 86.65%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The nursing quality evaluation score increased from（91.24±2.42） to（93.41±2.28）,nurse satisfaction score increased from（90.14 ±3.47） to（97.68 ± 4.64）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using the WEB platform reported the nursing adverse events were helpful to improve the rate of adverse event reporting and tracking,could avoid the occurrence of preventable adverse events,made the nursing management to realize standardization,scientific and systematic.
