摘　　要：为减少信息孤岛,苏州大学附属儿童医院采用把人力资源系统嵌入办公自动化平台的设计方式,有效解决了人员信息同步以及跨部门协同办公的问题。目前,苏州大学附属儿童医院实现了全院统一的人力资源数据共享,保证了人员信息、考勤信息、工资信息、技术档案等相关数据的准确。多个业务系统内,人员信息实时共享。多个业务系统内医务人员信息同步,实时共享。To reduce information silos,Soochow University Affiliated Children＇s Hospital,access human resources system on office automation platform,effective solution to the personnel information synchronization and cross-sectoral coordination office problems.Currently,Soochow University Affiliated Children＇s Hospital achieve a unified hospital human resources data sharing,to ensure that the personnel information,accurate time and attendance information,salary information,technical documents and other related data.Within multiple business systems,personnel information in real-time sharing.Multiple business systems within the medical staff information synchronization,real-time sharing.
