摘　　要：目的：分析本院人血白蛋白的使用情况，评价其合理性，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：回顾性研究本院2013年8月-12月使用白蛋白的住院患者的病例，对患者年龄、诊断，用药前血清白蛋白浓度、用药原因等进行分析。结果：白蛋白的使用涉及多种疾病和科室，以呼吸内科、心胸外科、消化内科为主，占45．13％．应用以低蛋白血症、心脏手术、营养干预为主，占79．64％。结论：本院临床使用白蛋白的适应症需加强管理，建议临床医师进一步规范使用白蛋白．OBJECTIVE： To analyze the application of human albumin in our hospital, and to provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS： By retrospective study, medical records of inpatients who were treated with human albuminwerc collected from our hospital during Aug.-Dec. of 2013 and medical records were analyzed statistically in respect of age, diagnosis, the concentration of serum albumin before medication and medication reason, etc. RESULTS： Human albumin was widely used for various diseases in departments, mainly in pneumology department, cardiothoraeic surgery department and gastroenterology department, accounting for 45.13% of total; human albumin was mostly used for hypoalbuminemia, cardiac surgery and nutritional intervention, accounting for 79.64% of total. CONCLUSIONS： Most application of human albumin In our hospital is far from perfect, which need to further standardized.
