非那雄胺片联合癃闭舒胶囊治疗前列腺增生临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察非那雄胺片联合癃闲舒胶囊【4】治疗前列腺增生患者组同单纯用非那雄胺片治疗前列腺增生患者组临床症状改善有疗效比较；可通过排尿困难症状改善情况（表1），导尿者拨管时间（表2），国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）【1】表评分（表3），生活质量指数（QOL）评分表（表4）【2】及膀胱残余尿B超测定结果的变化进行分析。方法：按病例选择要求将入选146例病患分为三组（病例分组无特殊选择条件，三组病忠的年龄，病程对比无显著性差异）：并设立单纯癃闲舒胶囊治疗组45倒，单纯非那雄胺片治疗组43侧，非那雄胺片联癃闭舒胶囊治疗组58例。予以非那雄胺片和癃闭舒肢囊正常用法，足量足疗程进行服用；分别以（表1，表2，表3，表4）评分比较及膀胱残余尿B超测定结果。结果：非那雄胺片联合癃闭舒胶囊组综合IPSS评分，QOL评分降低（P〈0．001），Qmax，Oave增加（P〈0．001）【1】。膀胱残余尿B超测定：膀胱残余尿减少（P〈0．001）和前列腺体积B超测定：前列腺体积变小（P〈0．001）。结论：非那雄胺片联合癃闭舒胶囊组治疗前列腺增生临床疗效佳，能有效改善前列腺增生临床症状及增生的前列腺体积变小。Objective： To observe the curative efficacy improvement of benign prostatic hyperplasla patients treated with Finasterlde Tablets plus Longbishu capsule compared with those treated purely with Finasteride Tablets. The analysis can be made through the following aspects： improvement in dysuria symptoms （Table 1）, removal time of the catheter for benign prostatic hyperplasia patients （Table 2）, the International Prostate Symptom Score （IPSS） （Table 3）, the Quality of Life Index （QOL） Score （Table 4） and changes in bladder residual urine ultrasound test results. Methods： To select patients according to cases and then divide 146 cases selected into three groups （the grouping has no special selecting conditions and there arenoapparent differences inage and course of disease between the three groups）： 45 cases treated purely withLongbishu capsule, 43 cases purely with Finasteride Tablets and 58 cases with Finasteride Tablets plus Longblshu capsule. The usage of the two medicines is normal with adequate dosage and duration, and then comparisons are made by scores in Tables I, 2, 3 and 4, and results are tested with bladder residual urine ultrasound. Results： For the group treated with Finasteride Tablets plus Longbishu capsule, the comprehensive IPSS scores and QOL scores decrease （P〈0.001） and Qmax and Qave increase （P〈0.001）; the bladder residual urine ultrasound test shows a decrease in the bladder residual urine （P〈0.001） and the prostate gland volume ultrasound test shows a decrease in the prostate gland volume （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy for the group treated with Finasteride Tablets plus Longbishu capsule is remarkable, effectively relieving the clinical symptoms of benign prostatic hypcrplasia and decreasing the enlarged prostate gland volume.
