川藿香对胃肠动力障碍模型小鼠胃肠动力吸收及有氧代谢影响的相关性研究  被引量:8

摘  要:目的:探索川藿香对胃肠动力障碍模型的影响,为川藿香的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:建立小鼠胃肠动力障碍模型,将小鼠分为正常组、模型组、西沙比利(3.375mg/kg)组、广藿香(2.25g/kg)组、川藿香(4.5g/kg、2.25g/kg、1.125g/kg)组和自然恢复组。实验过程中,观察小鼠生长状况、饮食量、粪便性状、精神活动状态、被毛光泽度等变化。给药结束当天,眼球取血,脱颈处死小鼠,检测小鼠胃排空、肠推进率、血清中D-木糖、胃动素和胃泌素的含量观测胃肠动力变化;制备10%肝脏组织匀浆,按试剂盒要求检测肝脏组织葡萄糖、丙酮酸含量和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性。结果:与正常组比较,模型组小鼠胃残留明显升高,胃肠激素含量及丙酮酸、葡萄糖和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性都有不同程度的降低;与模型组比较,川藿香(2.25g/kg)可明显改善胃肠动力障碍小鼠一般状况,对模型小鼠的胃排空和肠推进以及D-木糖吸收有明显促进作用,同时对胃肠激素胃动素和胃泌素的分泌有明显的修复作用;川藿香(2.25g/kg、1.125g/kg)组对丙酮酸、葡萄糖和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性水平明显升高;川藿香(4.5g/kg)组虽对上述指标有影响,但效果不及川藿香(2.25g/kg、1.125g/kg)组。结论:川藿香(2.25g/kg)对胃肠动力障碍模型小鼠胃肠动力吸收和有氧代谢具有明显调节作用。Objective: To explore the influence of Agastache rugosus on the model of gastrointestinal motility disorder, to provide the experimental basis for the development and utilization of Agastache rugosus. Methods: to establish the model of disorders of gastrointestinal motility in mice, rats were divided into normal group, model group, cisapride (3. 375 mg/kg) group, patchouli (2.25 g/kg) group, Agastache rugosus (4.5 g/kg, 2.25 g/kg, 1. 125 g/kg) group and natural recovery group. In the course of the experiment, the growth status, diet, mice fe- ces, mental activity, coat gloss change. Administration of the end of the day, the eye blood, mice were sacrificed at observation, content changes of gastrointestinal motility detection of gastric emptying, intestinal propulsion rate, D- xylose, motilin and gastrin in serum; prepara- tion of 10% liver homogenate, detection of liver protein, glucose, pyruvate content and suceinate dehydrogenase activity according to kit in- structions. Results : compared with the normal group, model group, body weight of the mice, eating less, loose feces, overall condition is poor, the fur off easy and dull, gastric residual increased significantly, gastrointestinal hormones, glucose and pyruvate and succinate dehy- drogenase activity is reduced in varying degrees; compared with the model group, the Sichuan Agastache rugosus (2.25g/kg) can improve the general condition of gastrointestinal motility disorder in mice, the mice gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion and D- xylose ab- sorption effect, at the same time on gastrointestinal hormone motilin and gastrin secretion significantly repair; Sichuan Agastache rugosus (2. 25g/kg, 1. 125g/kg) group of pyruvate, glucose and succinic dehydrogenase activity was significantly increased; Sichuan Agastache rugosus (4.5g/kg) group were on the indexes above have an impact, but the effect was not as good as Sichuan Agastache rugosus (2.25g/kg, 1. 125g/kg) group.
