盆炎清灌肠剂抗炎及对慢性盆腔炎大鼠血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究盆炎清灌肠剂对非特异性炎症及对细菌感染性慢性盆腔炎大鼠的治疗作用。方法：（1）采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿法,观察盆炎清灌肠剂对急慢性炎症的作用;（2）采用子宫注射混合菌液法诱导大鼠慢性盆腔炎动物模型,并分为模型组、妇炎康组（0.525g/kg）、盆炎清灌肠剂高（14.0g/kg）、中（7.0g/kg）、低（3.5g/kg）剂量组,另设正常动物为空白组。造模7d后,各治疗组直肠及灌胃给药21d,观察盆炎清灌肠剂对子宫肿胀度、子宫组织病理学及血液流变学各指标的影响。结果：（1）盆炎清灌肠剂浓度在9.0~18.0g/kg与妇炎康片浓度在0.675g/kg能明显减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度;盆炎清灌肠剂浓度在7.0~14.0g/kg与妇炎康片浓度在0.525g/kg能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿。（2）盆炎清灌肠剂浓度在7.0~14.0g/kg与妇炎康片浓度在0.525g/kg能明显改善模型大鼠子宫肿胀度及子宫组织病变程度,大鼠注射混合菌液侧的子宫重量明显减轻,黏膜及肌层次清晰,间质偶有少量散在炎细胞浸润;盆炎清灌肠剂浓度在3.5~14.0g/kg与妇炎康片浓度在0.525g/kg能明显降低模型大鼠全血黏度,具有明显的改善血液流变学作用。结论：盆炎清灌肠剂通过抗急慢性炎症及改善血液流变学,治疗慢性盆腔炎,改善盆腔炎子宫肿胀与病变。Objective：To study the effects of Penyanqing enema on nonspecific inflammation and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（CPID） in rats infected with bacteria. Method： （ 1 ） Used the ear swelling test in mice and rat granuloma method to observation the effect of Penyanqing ene- ma on acute and chronic inflammation. （2） The animal model of CPID was induced with bilateral uterine injection of mixed bacteriae. After 7 days, the model was replicated successfully. The rats were divided into model group, Fuyankang Tablet group （0. 525g/kg）, Penyanqing enema group dose of high（ 14.0g/kg）, Penyanqing enema group dose of middle （7.0g/kg） , Penyanqing enema group dose of lower（ 3.5g/kg）, be- sides of normal group. After the rats were treated 21 days with corresponding medicine by rectum administration and intragastric administra- tion, the uterine weight, blood rheology and pathological changes were examined. Results： （ 1 ） Penyanqing enema concentration of 9.0 ~ 18. 0g/kg and Fuyankang Tablet concentration of 0. 675g/kg could reduce obviously the ear swelling of mice. Penyanqing enema concentration of 7.0 ~ 14.0g/kg and Fuyankang Tablet concentration of 0.525g/kg couldinhibition obviously the granuloma of rat. （2）Penyanqing enema con- centration of 7.0 ~ 14.0g/kg and Fuyankang Tablet concentration of 0.525g/kg could alleviate obviously the degree of uterine lesions. The u- terine weight was obviously decreased compared with the model group. Penyanqing enema concentration of 3.5 ~ 14.0g/kg and Fuyankang Tablet concentration of 0.525g/kg could alleviate significantly the blood rheologic parameters compared with the model group. Conclusion： Penyanqing enema can anti acute and chronic inflammation and improve the blood rheology by regulating the expression of blood rheologic pa- rameters and improve pelvic inflammatory edema and pathological changes of uterus.
