新儿童回春丸的解热抗惊厥作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察新儿童回春丸解热抗惊厥的作用。方法:将大鼠分空白对照组,新儿童回春丸1.078g/kg、0.539g/kg、0.270g/kg组,儿童回春丸0.539g/kg组;将小鼠分空白对照组,新儿童回春丸1.54g/kg、0.77g/kg、0.38g/kg组,儿童回春丸0.77g/kg组。大鼠酵母致热实验观察新儿童回春丸解热作用,大鼠热水浴实验观察新儿童回春丸抗热性惊厥作用,小鼠尼可刹米惊厥实验观察新儿童回春丸耐受尼可刹米致惊厥作用。结果:新儿童回春丸1.078g/kg、0.539g/kg、0.270g/kg组,儿童回春丸0.539g/kg组在酵母致热实验后8h有明显降温作用;在对抗热水浴致热性惊厥试验中,儿童回春丸0.539g/kg组效果最为显著。新儿童回春丸1.54g/kg组在尼可刹米致惊厥实验中有耐惊厥作用。结论:新儿童回春丸具有解热抗惊厥作用。Objective ：To investigate the mechanism involved in relieving fever in rats and resisting convulsion of new Ertonghuichun Pellets in rats and mice. Methods： The rats were divided into control group, new Ertonghuichun Pelletsdose group of 1. 078g/kg,0.539g/kg,0. 270g/kg and Ertonghuichun Pellets dose group of 0.539g/kg. The mice are divided into control group, new Ertonghuichun Pellets dose group of 1. 54g/kg,0.77g/kg ,0.38g/kg and Ertonghuichun Penets dose group of 0.77g/kg . Through the experiment in febrile rats incured by yeast, the effect of relieving fever of new Ertonghuichun Pellets was observed. And via the experiment in rats with hot bath, the effect of resisting convulsion of new Ertonghuichun Pellets was investigated. And via the experiment in mice with nikethamide convulsion the effect of resisting nikethamide convulsion of new Ertonghuichun Pellets was investigated. Results： New Ertonghuichun Pellets doses group of 1. 078g/kg, new Ertonghuichun Pellets doses group of 0.539g/kg, new Ertonghuichun Pellets doses group of 0.270g/kg and Ertonghuichun Pellets dose group of 0.539g/kg relieve the fever obviously in the experiment in febrile rats incured by yeast. Of the experiment in rats with hot bath, Ertonghui- chun Pellets dose group of 0.539g/kg achieved the most obvious effect of resisting convulsion. New Ertonghuichun Pellets doses group of 1. 54g/kg resist convulsion in the experiment in mice with nikethamide convulsion. Conclusion：New Ertonghuichun Pellets can both relieve fe- ver and resist convulsion.
