摘　　要：自1991年Reich完成世界首例腹腔镜肝切除术以来，经过二十多年的发展，腹腔镜肝切除术取得了重要进展，已成为治疗肝脏疾病的一种重要手术方式。笔者结合文献及自身多年的临床经验和体会，对腹腔镜肝切除术的发展现状进行探讨，重点阐述腹腔镜肝切除术适应证、手术技术、手术器械三方面的进展。Since the first laparoscopic hepatectomy has been reported in 1991, significant improvement has been made in this procedure.Laparoscopic hepatectomy has been applied as an importent procedure for treatment of hepatic diseases.In the paper, we give a review for present advances in the area of laparoscopic hepatectomy based on literature and our own experience, especially in the aspects of indications, surgical technique and the apparatus for hepatectomy.
