摘　　要：神经内分泌肿瘤为起源于弥散神经内分泌系统的一组异质性肿瘤,好发于胃肠道和胰腺,大部分病例缺乏特异表现。随着各种诊断技术的不断发展,其诊断率不断提高,也越来越受人们重视。本文就胃肠道神经内分泌肿瘤的基础研究、临床和影像学诊断现状进行综述。Neuroendocrine neoplasms originating from the diffuse neuroendocrine system are a heterogeneous group of tumors. The predilection sites are gastrointestinal tract and pancreas. Most of the cases lack specific performance. With the continuous development of various diagnosis technology, the diagnostic rate was increased and it has drawn increasingly more attention. The research status of basic research, clinic and imaging diagnosis of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm is reviewed in this article.
