摘　　要：目的探讨超声对腹膜后淋巴管瘤的诊断价值。方法对经病理证实的10例腹膜后淋巴管瘤的声像图特征进行回顾性分析,总结超声表现特点,并与CT结果对照。结果腹膜后淋巴管瘤在超声上表现为体积较大的多房性囊性占位,壁薄,囊腔内可见较纤细高回声分隔带,彩色多普勒检查未见彩色血流信号;CT显示境界尚清的囊样低密度影,内可见较薄的索条状分隔,CT值12~15 HU。结论超声检查在腹膜后淋巴管瘤诊断方面具有重要价值。Objective To study the ultrasonic features of retroperitoneal lymphangiomas and evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography.Methods The sonographic findings of 10 patients with retroperitoneal lymphangiomas proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. These findings were compared with computer tomography （CT） scanning results.Results Ultrasound showed multilocular cystic masses composed of variably sized and dilated lymphatic channels which were divided by thin septa. Color Doppler examination of the cystic wall and septa showed no signal of blood flow. On CT, the tumors were encapsulated, isodense to water, polycystic and with thin septa. CT values were 12-15 HU.Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal lymphangiomas.
