摘 要:目的探讨声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性肿块鉴别中的应用价值。方法应用常规超声和声弹性成像对52例患者共65个肿块进行检查,以病理诊断为标准。结果常规超声诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为62.5%(10/16),特异度为71.4%(35/49),准确率为69.2%(45/65);声弹性成像诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为75.0%(12/16),特异度为93.9%(46/49),准确率为89.2%(58/65)。声弹性成像诊断符合率显著高于常规超声诊断(P<0.01)。结论声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性肿块鉴别中具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of sonoelastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods A total of 65 breast masses in 52 patients were detected by sonoelastography and conventional ultrasonography. The results of pathology were set as diagnostic criteria.Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of conventional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast masses were 62.5% (10/16) , 71.4% (35/49) and 69.2% (45/65), respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of sonoelastography were 75.0% (12/16), 93.9% (46/49) and 89.2% (58/65), respectively. The accuracy of sonoelastography was significantly higher than that of conventional ultrasonography (P〈0.01). Conclusion Sonoelastography has important clinical value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.
