摘　　要：目的 观察星状神经节阻滞联合枝川注射法治疗拉姆齐＆#183;亨特综合征（Ramsay Hunt syndrome,RHS）的疗效.方法拉姆齐＆#183;亨特综合征患者12例,以星状神经节阻滞和枝川注射法治疗,辅以抗病毒药、营养神经药和对症治疗.观察患者治疗前,治疗后7d、15 d、1个月时VAS评分及治疗后1、3个月时面瘫和听力恢复情况.结果 所有患者治疗后各测量时点VAS均下降（P＜0.05）;与治疗前比较,治疗后各评估时点面肌、听力恢复情况均明显改善（P＜0.05）.结论 星状神经节阻滞联合枝川注射治疗拉姆齐＆#183;亨特综合征是一种有效的方法.Objective To observe the efficacy of stellate ganglion block combined with Zhich- uan injection method in the treatment of patients with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. Methods Twelve patients with Ramsay Hunt syndrome were received stellate ganglion block and Zhiehuan injection method, and complemented with antiviral drugs, neurotrophic treatment and symptomatic treatment. VAS was measured in pre-operation and 7 days, 15 days, 1 month after the treatment. The recovery of facial paralysis and hearing function were observed at each time points before and 1, 3 months after the treatment. Results VAS was significantly decreased at each time points after the treatment （P〈 0.05） ; Compared with pre-treatment, the recovery of facial paralysis and hearing function were sig- nificantly better after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with Zhichuan injection method is effective in the treatment of patients with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
