摘　　要：我科收治1例左肩及左上臂坏死性筋膜炎误诊为肩周炎患者,入院诊断为左肩关节周围炎.常规治疗无效,后经软组织穿刺证实存在皮下软组织液化坏死.行局部穿刺减压、冲洗并抗生素治疗后左上臂疼痛症状缓解,治疗效果满意.A patient with left upper arm pain and limited mobility was adimitted to our depart ment, who was presumptively diagnosed as periarthritis of left shoulder. There was no responding to conventional treatments. Later it was confirmed that there was a liquefaction necrosis of subcutane- ous tissue on his left upper arm by soft tissue puncture. After the treatment of local puncture decom- pression, irrigation and antibiotics, the patient was cured
