品管圈活动在妊娠合并糖尿病患者的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究与分析品管圈活动在妊娠合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法构建品管圈活动小组,明确活动主题,调查分析妊娠合并糖尿病患者的相关情况,针对其所存问题,制定相应的对策且予以实施。结果经品管圈活动的应用,妊娠合并糖尿病患者饮食依从性、SAS以及SDS得到了显著的改善,应用前后数据对比,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);阴道分娩率和纯母乳喂养率明显上升。结论从本次研究的结果来看,在改善妊娠合并糖尿病患者饮食依从性中应用品管圈活动,不仅可有效提高患者饮食依从性,改善患者SAS和SDS评分,提高阴道分娩率和纯母乳喂养率,同时还可进一步提高医护人员工作的积极性以及主动性,增强其综合素质和实践操作能力。Objective To study and to analyze the application effect of quality control circle activities（QCC）in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods To organize activity group of QCC,to define the activity theme,to study and to analyze the related situations of patients with gestational diabetes,in order to formulate and to implement the corresponding countermeasures according to the existent problems. Results Through the application of QCC,the dietary compliance,SAS,and SDS of patients with gestational diabetes had obtained significantly improvement,the difference of data before and after application had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The vaginal delivery rate and the rate of pure breast-feeding had risen obviously. Conclusion The research results showed that,the application of QCC in patients with gestational diabetes could effectively improve the dietary compliance,SAS and SDS,could improve the vaginal delivery rate and the rate of pure breast-feeding.At the same time, which could further improve the operative enthusiasm and operative initiative,and could strengthen the comprehensive quality and practical operating abilities of medical staff.
