优质护理服务模式在骨折患者骨折愈合及功能恢复的应用

摘　　要：目的观察优质护理服务模式对骨科患者骨折愈合及功能恢复的应用效果,为提高护理质量提供参考。方法将140例骨科患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各70例,对照组给予骨科住院常规护理措施进行干预,观察组除了给予常规护理措施外实施优质护理服务模式,并观察比较两组患者骨骼愈合情况、满意度及关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组满意率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合效果及关节功能恢复能力均明显好于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过优质护理服务,提高了骨折患者对护理的满意度,加快了骨折患者的骨骼愈合和功能恢复的速度,值得在临床上进行推广应用。Objective To investigate and observe the application results of quality care model in bone fracture healing and functional recovery. Methods 140 cases of orthopedic patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 70 cases in each group,to intervene the control group received orthopedic routine care measures,the observation group further received the implementation of quality care model,bone healing,satisfaction and joint function recovery between the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;fracture healing effects and joint function recovery capabilities in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality care improve patient satisfaction fracture care,accelerate bone healing and functional recovery of patients with fractures,is worth of popularization and application in clinical practice.
