海勤人员婚姻质量影响因素的路径分析

摘　　要：目的 研究海勤人员婚姻质量的影响因素及其相互作用的途径.方法 采用Olson婚姻质量问卷（Olson-ENRICH）、卡特尔16项人格因素问卷（16PF）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、生活事件量表（LES）、特质应对问卷（TCSQ）、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）对375名海勤人员进行评定.结果 16PF量表中,除乐群性、恃强性、幻想性、实验性、独立性外,其他各因素与除性格相容性、角色平等性、信仰一致性外的各因子均呈现不同程度的相关（r=-0.277～0.290,P＜0.05）,其二阶因子除懦弱和果断型、创造力因素、新环境中成长因素外,其他因素与除性格相容性、角色平等性、信仰一致性外的各因子均呈现不同程度的相关（r=-0.123 ～0.327,P＜0.05）;除角色平等性、信仰一致性这2个因子外,婚姻质量量表中各因子均与SCL-90各因子存在显著相关（r=-0.123 ～0.338,P＜0.05）;除过分理想化、性格相容性、夫妻交流、业余生活这4个因子外,婚姻质量量表中各因素与社会支持量表中各因素均呈现高度显著相关性（P＜0.01）;路径分析显示,个性、心理健康对婚姻质量的直接效应（路径系数β=0.22,P＜0.05;β=-0.19,P＜0.05）及个性在生活事件、社会支持在生活事件之间的调节效应（β=-0.24,P＜0.05;β=-0.009,P＜0.05）显著.结论 海勤人员的婚姻质量受个性特质、心理健康和社会支持等多因素的综合影响.Objective To investigate factors affecting the marital quality of naval afloat personnel and their interaction paths.Methods Olson Marital Quality Questionnaire （Olson-ENRICH）,Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire （16PF）,Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）,Life Event Scale （LES）,Trait Coping Questionnaire （TCSQ）,and Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS） were used to make assessment of the marital quality in 375 naval afloat personnel.Results In the 16PF scales,with the exception of sociability,swashbuckling,fantasy,experimentalism,independence,other factors failed to display identical correlation,except personality compatibility,role equality,faith consistency （r =-0.217-0.290,P ＜ 0.05）.For the secondary factors with the exception of cowardice,decisiveness,creativeness and growth factors in the new environment,all other factors excluding personality compatibility,role equality,faith consistency showed varying degrees of correlation （r =-0.123-0.327,P ＜ 0.05）.With the exception of role equality and faith consistency,other factors in the Marital Quality Questionnaire were obviously associated with the factors of the SCL-90 （r =-0.338-0.123）.Except excessive idealization,personality compatibility,communication with the couple,amateur life activities,very significant correlation was shown between the factors of the Marital Quality Questionnaire and those of the Social Support Scale （P ＜ 0.01）.Path analysis indicated that personality and mental health had direct impact on marital quality （β =0.22,P ＜0.05; β =-0.19,P ＜0.05）,and personality exerted regulatory effects on life events and social support also had significant regulatory effects on life events （β=-0.24,P＜0.05;β=-0.009,P＜0.05）.Conclusions The marital quality of naval afloat personnel were influenced by personality traits,mental health and social support.
