兽药检测实验室质量管理体系运行中常见问题分析

摘　　要：对兽药检测实验室质量管理体系运行中常出现的质量管理体系文件不完善、人员技术档案缺乏动态管理、仪器设备检定结果未确认等问题进行了归纳与分析,并提出了转变观念、细化管理体系文件、做好定期审核等6项对策与措施,供兽药检测实验室参考。It was analyzed operations of Quality Management System （ QMS ） in veterinary drug test lab, and found phenomenon including imperfection of QMS documents, shortage in dynamic management of staff records, and invalidation of verified instruments, and etc. Furthermore, the strategies and measures are presented to promote operations of QMS which involved in emancipating the mind, specifying documents of QMS, inspecting the running regularly.
