摘 要:目的:比较化学发光法(CLIA)与放射免疫法(RIA)测定甲状腺激素结果的相关性。方法:收集甲亢、甲减患者和正常健康人标本共224份,每份标本同时用RIA和CLIA测定三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH),检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:T3及TSH呈偏态分布,CLIA检测FT4水平明显高于RIA法检测(P<0.05),但两者在诊断患者高、中、低水平上的阳性率间无明显差异(P>0.05)。两种检测方法明显相关(P<0.05),且检测结果异常率之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RIA和CLIA方法高度相关,建议采用CLIA检测甲状腺激素。Objective:To compare the difference and relevance of radioimmunoassay(RIA)with chemiluminescence(CLIA)for detection of thyroid hormones.Methods:Both RIA and CLIA were used to determine the serum T3,T4,FT3,FT4 and TSH levels in 224 specimens of hyperthyreosis and hypothyroidism patients or healthy individuals,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The skewed distribution was found in the results of T3 and TSH.The FT4 values were significantly higher by CLIA than those by RIA(P〈0.05),but there was no obvious difference in the positive rate of different diagnostic criteria between the two assay methods(P〉0.05).The positive correlation was found between the two assay results(P〈0.05),and abnormal rates between them showed no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The detection results of thyroid hormones are reliable by both RIA and CLIA,and CLIA may be worth being recommended.
