摘　　要：以环跳穴为切入点,就各医家在进行针刺中产生不同针感所进行的操作方式作一梳理,以全新的视角分析针刺穴位后针感的类型、传导方向及影响针感的各种因素。认为应从腧穴定位、患者体位、操作方法和针感的类型、传导路线及持续时间等方面加以注意。Taken Huantiao （GB 30） as breakthrough point, acupuncture manipulations of generating various needling sensations by different physicians are sorted. Types of acupoint needling sensations and conducting direc- tions after acupuncture and all kinds of factors that affect needling sensations are analyzed from new perspectives. It is considered that attention should be paid to acupoint location, postures of patients, manipulation methods, types of needling sensations, transmission lines and duration time of needling sensations, etc.
