摘 要:借鉴少齿差行星齿轮传动的原理,提出了磁场耦合式少极差偏心磁性齿轮副的传动原理与两种具体结构,利用稀土磁极异极性相吸引的原理将输入给偏心行星转子的公转变换成行星转子的自转输出,从而实现了无机械接触与摩擦的少极差磁性齿轮的大力矩变速传动。采用等效磁路法分别对轴向和径向磁场耦合结构进行了分析,引入永久磁极的异极性磁场耦合系数和基准磁极磁路分析来简化分析运算,揭示了新型磁性齿轮的相关动态特性。根据理论分析,制造了一台110 N·m的工业应用级别的磁性齿轮变速器,并对原型机进行了试验,验证了磁场理论分析结果的正确性。Used for reference the transmission principle of few teeth difference planetary gear for reference, it is presented the drive principle with coupled magnetic-field and tow concrete structures of eccentric magnetic gear pair with few poles difference. Based on the nature that opposite rare-earth magnetic poles attract each other, this mechanism transforms the revolution inputted in eccentric planetary rotor into the outputted rotation of the planetary rotor, with the result that realizing the high torque of few poles difference magnetic gears transferred variably without mechanical contact and friction. It is analyzed the structure with axial and radial coupled magnetic-field in the method of equivalent magnetic path, brought in the magnetic-field coupling coefficient of permanent magnetic poles to simplify the analysis and operation, and gotten the related dynamic behaviors of the new type of magnetic gear. According to theoretical analysis, a set of 110 N·m speed reducer used for the industry, is manufactured. And the results, obtained from the experiments on the prototype, proved the correctness of the results analyzed by the theory of magnetic-field.
