摘  要:通用型沥青基炭纤维由于其原料来源充足,价格低廉,生产成本低,近年来引起了许多研究者的兴趣。其前驱体各向同性沥青主要来源于石油化工和煤化工行业的副产品。通用型沥青基炭纤维主要的制备过程包括各向同性沥青经纯化调制、纺丝、预氧化、炭化、表面处理等。在此背景下,本文主要对通用型沥青基炭纤维的发展简史和其制备方法进行了简要介绍,并对其应用前景进行了展望。General performance pitch-based carbon fiber (GPCF) has been arousing considerable attention in recent years because of its abundant source and low cost. The precursor, i.e., the isotropic pitch for GPCF are abundant and cheap, which are main by- products of petroleum and coal-chemical industry. Isotropie pitch with proper softening point and spinnability is firstly purified and followed melt spinning, stabilization, carbonization, and surface treatment. And GPCF can be prepared by such process mentioned above. The development and prospect for general performance pitch-based carbon fiber were reviewed and put forward.
