摘 要:以电煅煤、沥青焦、熟碎为骨料,热塑性、热固性酚醛树脂为黏结剂制备铝电解用冷捣糊材料,分析了酚醛树脂种类和用量对冷捣糊体积密度、电阻率、耐压强度等性能的影响,并采用捣固糊收缩测试仪和扫描电镜对冷捣糊膨胀/收缩过程和微观结构进行表征。结果表明,采用热塑性酚醛树脂为黏结剂制备的冷捣糊在基本性能、膨胀/收缩过程以及微观结构致密程度上表现更为优异。随着热塑性酚醛树脂含量的增加,冷捣糊的体积密度逐渐降低,耐压强度和导电性能不断提高,膨胀/收缩率呈先增大后减小的趋势。当热塑性酚醛树脂含量为15.5%时,冷捣糊具备致密的结构和较佳的综合性能。Ramming pastes were prepared using calcined anthracite coal, coal derived pitch coke, baked scrap as aggregate and thermoplastic phenolic resin, thermosetting phenolic resin as binder. The effects of phenolic resin type and content on the bulk den- sity, electrical resistivity, compressive strength of cold ramming paste were investigated, and the expansion/shrinkage process and mi- crostructure were characterized by paste shrinkage apparatus and SEM observation. The results show that the cold ramming paste prepared with thermoplastic phenolic resin possesses excellent properties in many aspects, including basic property, expansion/ shrinkage process and microstructure. As the thermoplastic phenolic resin content increases, the bulk density of prepared paste de- creases, compressive strength and conductivity increase, and the expansion/shrinkage increases first and then decreases. The cold ramming paste has dense microstructure and optimal comprehensive properties when thermoplastic phenolic resin content is 15.5%.
