俄罗斯机电产品技术法规标准体系及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：俄罗斯入世后,根据WTO规则修订和完善本国法规标准,迎来自身经济发展和对外经贸合作的新起点,同时加大产品对外开放程度。俄罗斯作为中国最大的邻国,中国出口俄罗斯机电产品逐渐增多。本文从俄罗斯机电产品主管机构、主要技术法规、相关标准入手,阐明了俄罗斯标准与法规的关系,并提出了完善我国机电产品标准化制度的启示和建议。After entering WTO, Russia has revised and completed its laws and regulations according to WTO rules and increased its import amount of electromechanical products, representing the new beginning of both economic development and foreign trade cooperation. As the largest neighbor of China, Russia is gradually increasing its import of electromechanical products from China. This paper introduces the competent department, main technical regulations and relevant standards of Russian electromechanical products and clarifies the relationship between Russian standards and regulations, putting forward some implications and suggestions to improve the standardization system of electromechanical products in China.
