摘　　要：分析了电火花成型机床各种结构的运动特点,对电火花成型机床常见结构的内在问题进行深入剖析和比较,提出了高精密电火花成型机床相应结构模型和优化设计方案,并在此基础上完成了G450C龙门式高精密数控电火花成型机床的主机设计。This paper analyzed the structural motion features of EDM machine,the common problems inherent in the structure were in-depth analyzed and compared, proposed the corresponding structural model of high-precision EDM machine and optimized the design,and finished G450 C mechanical design of high-precision Gantry CNC EDM machine.
