广州地区1 022 172例无偿献血者检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解本地区无偿献血者血液检测情况,评估血液不合格的主要原因,为筛选合格献血源及制订输血安全保障措施提供参考依据。方法分析全血无偿献血者筛查结果,比较各年全血无偿献血者各指标的不合格率;分别比较单位无偿献血者以及个人无偿献血者各指标不合格率的情况。结果全血无偿献血者总不合格率呈逐年下降趋势,全血无偿献血者总不合格率为4.56%,单位无偿献血者总不合格率为3.81%,个人无偿献血者总不合格率为5.21%,HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒、ALT检测项目的不合格率单位无偿献血均低于个人无偿献血。结论加强无偿献血的宣传工作,严格做好献血员献血前筛查,提高单位无偿献血比例,招募低危献血人群等能降低无偿献血血液不合格率。Objective To investigate the blood testing of blood donors in the region and the main reason for failure to assess blood. Provide a reference for blood donation screening qualified source and develop transfusion safety and security measures. Methods 1 022 172 cases from 2010 to 2013 blood donors of whole blood screening results, compare the failure rate of each index unpaid donors of whole blood each year; cases were compared blood donors as well as individual units, unpaid blood donors failure rate of each index. Results The results from 2010 to 2013 blood donors of whole blood total failure rate declining trend, 1 022 172 cases of voluntary blood donors of whole blood total failure rate is 4.56%, per unit blood donors 3.81% of the total failure rate of individual blood donors the total failure rate of 5.21%, The unit test items failure rate of HBs Ag, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, syphilis, ALT were lower than the individual blood donation blood donation. ALT and HBs Ag failure is the main reason for the blood scrapped. Conclusion Strengthen blood donation advocacy work, to do strict screening of blood donors before blood donation, to improve the proportion of unit voluntary blood donation, to recruit low-risk blood donors, etc. can reduce the failure rate of blood donation blood.
