摘　　要：目的观察B超引导在临床疑难宫腔手术中的应用效果。方法随机将在我院行疑难宫腔手术的76例患者分成甲乙两组各38例,分别给予其常规手术与B超引导下的手术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果乙组手术成功率与术中大出血、术后感染、损伤等情况的发生率,同甲组相比较,均有显著差异,P<0.05。结论在B超引导下进行疑难宫腔手术,安全性更好,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical application effect B ultrasound guidance in difficult uterine cavity operation in. Methods Random in 76 cases in our hospital for difficult uterine cavity operation patients were split into two groups with 38 cases in each, were given the routine operation and operation treatment B ultrasound guided, observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results In group B, the success rate of operation and the intraoperative hemorrhage, infection, injury incidence of postoperative, compared with group A, both have a significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Difficult uterine cavity operation in B ultrasound guided, better security, significant effect, worthy of promotion.
