摘 要:随着石化装备日趋大型化、复杂化,基于可靠性的维修(RCM)正逐渐受到石化领域的重视,大多数石化公司都在积极地探索和应用RCM这种先进的维修管理理念。RCM在石化装备的应用过程中,理论分析十分成熟,但实践经验不足。本文分析了影响石化行业RCM落实过程中的突出问题,并借鉴其他领域解决这些问题的经验和国外石化公司应用RCM的经验,提出了一些加强RCM在石化行业落实的解决方法。With the increase of the large-scale and complex petrochemical equipment units, the reliability of maintenance (RCM) is attracted growing attention in petrochemical fields. An active exploration and application of RCM which is an advanced maintenance management philosophy is widely performed in most of petrochemical companies. During the application of RCM in petrochemical equipment units, it lacks in the practical experience though the theoretical analysis is very mature. In this study, the outstanding issues affecting the implementation of RCM in petrochemical fields are analyzed. The experience of solving these problems and better applying RCM by foreign companies has been proposed. The countermeasures of improving the implementation of RCM in the petrochemical industry are put forward as well.
