以学院为主导的高校学生工作模式探析

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育改革的深入,原先垂直、集中的以学校学生工作部门为主导的管理体制越来越不适应学校发展的需要。本文主要探讨的是以学院学生为主导的高校学生工作模式,将学校的管理中心下移到学校的各个院系,把学校的工作目标逐层分解到学校各个院系,展开完成。通过介绍在以学院学生工作为主导的管理模式中,从学校与院系的职能和关系,学院学生工作的发展模式两个主要方面来探讨高校的以学院学生工作为主导的新型大学生思想政治教育管理模式。With the deepening of higher education reform in China, the former vertical and centralized management system oriented by university departments for student work has become increasingly unsuited to the requirements of university development. The aim of this paper is mainly to explore the student work mode oriented by students in each college, decentralizing the university management to each college and resolving the overall goal into the goal of each college and department at different levels. The new-style ideological and political education and management mode for university students oriented by student work in each college is explored from the two main aspects, the functions and relationship of the university and colleges and departments,the development mode of student work in each college.
