摘 要:传统的煤基化工动力多联产领域均是以煤气化为基础。燃煤电站联产电石系统将氧热法电石生产系统与电站锅炉燃烧系统整合为一个整体,通过相对节能率、产品生产成本及万元产值CO2排放量3个指标,对超临界350 MW燃煤发电机组联产30万t/a电石系统进行了能量、经济性和环保性的计算分析与评价。结果表明:对比发电单产系统和电石单产系统,联产系统的相对节能率为18.35%;电石生产成本为685元/t,供电成本为0.32元/(kW·h),低于该纯度的电石售价和山西省上网电价;万元产值CO2排放量为19.79t/万元,比常规燃煤发电机组下降17.74%。联产电石系统具有明显的经济和环保优势。The conventional coal-based power and chemicals multi-generation are all based on coal gasification.The proposed coal-fired power station combined calcium carbide multi-generation system has simple processes and high efficient of waste heat recovery,which integrates the oxygen-fuel method based calcium carbide reactor system with the boiler combustion system.By taking a supercritical 350 MW unit coal-fired unit combined with a 0.3 Mt/a calcium carbide production system as the example,the relative energy saving ratio,cost of co-production and CO2 emission per ten thousand yuan output value were used as three indicators to evaluate the system from energy,economy and environment aspects,respectively.The results show that,comparing with the stand alone system of both power generation and calcium carbide production,the relative energy saving ratio of the proposed multi-generation system is 18.52%.The calcium carbide cost is 685yuan/t and the power supply cost is 0.32yuan/(kW·h),both of them are lower than the calcium carbide's price and network price in Shanxi province.The CO2 emission per ten thousand yuan output value is 19.79 t,which is 17.74%lower than that of the conventional coal-fired power unit.In conclusion,the multi-generation has prominent energy utilization,economic and environmental superiorities.
