中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗突发性耳聋的有效方法。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用中药活血通窍汤剂、耳周穴位封闭及耳穴压豆疗法。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.11%,对照组总有效率为65.6%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组患者总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合综合疗法治疗突发性耳聋比单一方法治疗取得更好的疗效,且方法简单,安全,易于操作。Objective： To explore effective ways of treating sudden deafness.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ratings, conventional Western medicine treatment, the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Tongqiao, ear acupuncture week closure and ear pressure beans therapy. Results： The total effective rate was 86.11% in the control group, the total effective rate was 65.6%, the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher, the total efficiency of the two groups were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Integrative Medicine comprehensive treatment of sudden deafness therapy achieved better results than a single method, and the method is simple, safe and easy to operate.
