摘　　要：文章探讨广西茶业劳动力的短缺和日趋成熟机械化耕作的现状,提出在今后迎合生产力发展要求,机械逐步替代人工作业时面临的问题及解决对策。The article discusses the tea industry in Guangxi labor shortages and increasingly sophisticated mechanized farming situation, put forward in the future to meet the requirements of the development of productive forces, mechanical gradually replace manual operations when faced with the problem and its solutions.
