摘 要:在台架试验中发现装备了C供应商的热力膨胀阀的定排量汽车空调系统在一些特定工况下会出现过热度异常现象,而更换成A供应商的热力膨胀阀该现象消失。然后,对C供应商和作者分别提出的热力膨胀阀不同参数更改方案进行相同的台架验证,证实本文所提方案对消除该现象有效。最后,整车级的环境模拟风洞试验显示,本文所提方案使该型汽车空调系统过热度异常现象消失且制冷性能有所改善。The superheat of Fixed Automotive AC System with supplier C TXV is found unusual under some specified conditions during the bench test. But this phenomenon is disappeared if supplier A TXV is adopted. Then,different parameter change scheme of TXV was presented by supplier C and Author respectively. The same bench test was conduct,and authors' scheme is validated that can eliminate the unusual phenomenon. Finally,vehicle level test was conduct in climate wind tunnel,and the test data shows that the unusual superheat of this Fixed Automotive AC System has been disappeared and AC cooling performance has a little improvement.
