摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,调查、研究山东省帆船队女子运动员生理期,了解帆船运动员生理期的身体状况及生理期训练计划。The methods of documentation, questionnaire and expert interview have been used in this study to research and investigate on the physiological period of the training conditions of women athletes in Shandong province sailing team, aims at how to scientific and effective arrangement of physiological period of female athletes in training.
