艾灸会阴穴加体针治疗外阴营养不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸会阴穴加体针治疗外阴营养不良的临床疗效。方法:将60例外阴营养不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用艾灸会阴穴加体针治疗,对照组采用传统药物治疗,观察比较其临床症状、体征变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为70.0%,对照组为40.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组瘙痒及皮肤弹性的改善均优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸会阴穴加体针治疗外阴营养不良效果明显,是治疗外阴营养不良的有效方法。Objective： To observe clinically curative effect of moxibustion perineum point plus body acupuncture for the treatment of vulvardystrophy. Methods： Sixty patients with vulvar dystrophy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,and each group had thirty patients. Patients in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion perineum point plus body acupuncture,and patients in the control group were treated with traditional medicine treatment,then we compared the changes of clinical symptoms and signs. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was70 percent,and the control group was 40 percent,and there was a statistical significance（ P〈0. 05） after the treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of pruritus and skin elasticity,and the two groups had a significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Oxibustion perineum point plus body acupuncture in the treatment of vulvar dystrophy has an obvious effect,and it is an effective way for treating vulvar dystrophy.
