头针配合梅花针叩刺治疗失眠症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察头针配合梅花针叩刺治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将60例失眠症患者随机分为治疗组30例,予头针加梅花针叩刺治疗。对照组30例予西药艾司唑伦口服治疗。治疗二个疗程后,观察患者临床疗效及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各因子和总分的变化。结果:临床疗效分析,治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后各成份及总分与本组治疗前比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠总分方面与对照组治疗后比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善患者睡眠时间方面优于对照组。结论:头针配合梅花针叩刺治疗失眠有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with plum blossom needing in the treatment of insomnia. Methods： A total of 60 insomnia cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group. Cases in the treatment group received scalp acupuncture and plum blossom needling therapy,and the control group received estazolam oral therapy. After two courses of treatment,the clinically curative effect and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were observed. Results： There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the evaluation of clinical efficacy（ P〈0. 05）. Total effectiveness was 93. 33% in the treatment group,and in the control group total effectiveness was 73. 33%. Components and scores after treatment were compared with those before treatment in two groups,and there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group after treatment,the treatment group had a significant difference in sleep time,sleep efficiency and sleep score（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the sleep time. Conclusion： Scalp acupuncture combined with plum blossom needling has a better effect in the treatment of insomnia.
