电针麻醉在妇科门诊手术中临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:对电针麻醉在妇科门诊手术中的麻醉效果及安全性进行观察。方法:选取妇科门诊手术中无手术禁忌症的180例患者,按患者意愿,分为电针麻醉组(电针双侧合谷、内关穴后行常规妇科门诊手术)和静脉麻醉组(静脉注射0.05mg芬太尼及2mg/kg丙泊酚后行常规妇科门诊手术),每组90例,对两组患者的麻醉效果进行比较,并观察两组患者术中、术后的不良反应。结果:所有患者均顺利完成手术,两组患者的镇痛有效率均达到100%。其中电针麻醉组患者镇痛优良率为90%,静脉麻醉组患者镇痛优良率为92.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。电针麻醉组术中检测呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度均在正常范围内,术后生命体征平稳,痛苦少、恢复快,无不良反应发生。静脉麻醉组患者术中检测呼吸、心率、血压、血氧饱和度均在正常范围内者77例,占85.6%,其中发生呼吸心率、血压或血氧饱和度异常者13例,占14.4%,其中呼吸困难需托下颌者7例,占7.8%。结论:电针麻醉用于妇科门诊手术镇痛操作简单可行,安全有效且无不良反应。Objective： To study the anesthetic effects and clinical safety of using galvanoacupuncture anesthesia during gynecology clinic surgery. Methods： 180 patients without operation contraindications were selected and divided into a galvanoacupuncture anesthesia group and an intravenous anesthesia group according to patients＇ minds,with 90 cases in each group. The anesthesia effects,intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results： All patients had successfully completed surgery,and the anesthesia efficient rates of patients in two groups were both 100%; the good analgesia rate in the galvanoacupuncture anesthesia group was 90%,while the good analgesia rate in the intravenous anesthesia group was 92. 2%,whose difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Intraoperative detection of breathing,heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation in the galvanoacupuncture anesthesia group was within the normal range,with postoperative stable vital signs,less pain,rapid recovery and no adverse reactions; intraoperative detection of breathing,heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation in the intravenous anesthesia group showed that 77 cases were within the normal range,accounting for 85. 6%,and there were 13 cases with abnormality of heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation,which accounted for14. 4%,and 7 cases had breathing difficulties needing to hold the chin,which accounted for 7. 8%. Conclusion： Using galvanoacupuncture anesthesia during gynecology clinic surgery is simple and feasible,safe and effective,which has no adverse reactions.
