摘　　要：黄国昌先生是黑龙江省著名中医学家,学验俱丰,从业四十余年,擅长治疗多种内科疑难杂症。黄国昌先生在漫长的行医生涯中潜心研究阴阳和谐圆融之道,其医道思维及处方风格甚颇合于传统哲学思维方式。本文在分析黄国昌医论医案基础上做出提炼总结,重点呈现黄国昌先生"相反相成,矛盾统一"的处方思想。Mr. HUANG Guo- chang is a famous Chinese medicine expert in Heilongjiang province,owning rich experience in both study and treatment. Being a doctor for more than forty years,he specializes in the treatment of a variety of difficult miscellaneous diseases. Mr. HUANG Guo- chang concentrates on the study of the harmony of Yin and Yang for a long career time. And his medical thought and prescription style are in accordance with the traditional ideas of Chinese philosophy. Based on the analysis and summary of HUANG Guo- chang＇s medical thesis and records of treatment,this thesis mainly presents Mr. HUANG＇s prescription thought of ＂both opposite and complementary,contradictory and unified. ＂
