摘　　要：2012年4月13日,国务院正式批准在珲春设立中国图们江区域(珲春)国际合作示范区。两年间,随着经贸、旅游的快速发展,大量卢布现钞涌入珲春,民间流动日益活跃。但是由于珲春还未被列为卢布现钞使用试点地区,造成大量卢布现钞脱离银行结算渠道,推动其在珲春口岸正常使用,对于口岸经济发展和推进人民币"走出去"具有重要的意义。In April 13, 2012, the State Council formally approved the establishment of the Tumen river area Chinese in Hunchun（Hunchun） International Cooperation Demonstration area. Two years, with the rapid development of economic and trade, tourism, a large number of ruble cash fl ow into Hunchun, the folk increasingly active. But because Hunchun has not been regarded as the rouble notes using a pilot area, resulting in a large number of ruble cash from bank settlement channel, promoting the normal use in the port of Hunchun, has an important signifi cance for the development of port economy and promote its ＂go out＂.
