摘  要:通过在燃烧柴油的船用锅炉上对气泡雾化喷油器的燃烧试验,并与机械雾化离心式喷油器对比,结果表明:使用气泡雾化喷油器可以使燃油燃烧更加充分,减少冒黑烟现象;同样工况下,气泡雾化喷油器所需油压较机械雾化离心式喷油器低;同样风压下,气泡雾化喷油器燃烧效率更高;采用蒸汽为雾化介质时,炉膛温度提高的同时排烟温度较大降低。This paper is based on the combustion experiment of bubble atomized injector used in a marine boiler,compared with the mechanical atomized injector. The results show that bubble atomizer injector can make the fuel burn more adequately and reduce the black smoke; the fuel pressure it need is lower than the mechanical atomized injector in the same condition; the combustion efficiency of bubble atomized injector is higher at the same blast pressure; the temperature of boiler furnace is raised and the exit gas is lowered when steam is used as spay atomize medium.
