摘 要:本文通过对有色金属伴生废物产生、管理现状及存在问题的分析,认为对有放射性的伴生废物进行分类管理比较符合我国国情;建议尽快出台伴生废物限制性清洁解控水平以便分类管理伴生废物;对高于伴生废物限制性清洁解控水平的伴生放射性废物进行集中存放、统一管理势在必行。国家、地方政府抓紧建设区域性放射性废物库,是防止伴生放射性废物污染、保护公众和辐射环境的有力措施。在区域性大型放射性废物库建成并投入运行前,伴生放射性废物的产生企业必须建设放射性渣库用以对其暂时存放。By analyzing the current situation and problems existing in the generation and management of associated waste of non-ferrous metal,classified management of radwaste is considered to be in accordance with Chinese conditions fairly.Restricted clearance levels of associated waste classified management are suggested to be issued as soon as possible.Centralized storage and unified management of associated radwaste which restricted clearance level is greater than the associated waste' s is imperative.Building regional radwaste repository by country or local government is the effective measure to prevent the associated radwaste pollution and also to protect the public and radiation environment.Before the large-scale regional radwaste repository building and operating,the associated radwaste production enterprises must build a temporary repository for radioactive slag.
