摘  要:通过对核电厂需求和工作环境的调研,研发了一种独特的星形轮装置.通过其与抓具的巧妙配合,能达到“无需动力或人工进行操作,抓具自动完成对操作对象的抓取和释放”的功能,极大地提高了可操作性。Some unique Tools of nuclear power plants are used to operate specific items in nuclear power plants, among which grabbing tools generally complete capture and release actions through opening and closing of the gripping head. The traditional operating tools need additional power (such as pneumatic, electric) or manpower to perform the grab and release action. Merely manual mode often need complex operation, further more there are falling accident risks caused by false operation. Pneumatic, electric pow- er need extra power source, make its structure and connection complexity, poor reliability. By investigating needs and working environment of nuclear power plants, the authors have developed a unique star wheel device, ingenious coordination with grabbing tools, can achieve "without power or manual operation, grab- bing tools automatically complete the operation of object grasping and releasing" function, greatly improves the operation capability. This technique has been widely used in nuclear power plant operation equipment, with good economic and social benefits
