摘　　要：数字档案建设对档案工作产生了积极的影响,然而数字档案自身也存有不足之处,以云计算、物联网等为代表的现代信息技术将社会带入智慧时代,档案工作应主动融入智慧城市、智慧中国建设的大趋势,不断提升智慧档案建设水平。本文阐述了智慧档案建设的原则和顶层设计方案,并对智慧档案建设的路径及保障机制进行了探讨。The development of digital Archives has a positive effect on archival work, but there are also inadequate in digital archive itself, cloud computing, networking as the representative information technology bring the society into the wisdom of the ages, archival work should take the initiative to integrate into smart city wisdom Chinese construction trends, and constantly improve the level of intelligence archives. This paper describes the design principles and top intelligence archives, and discussed the path and protection mechanism of the wisdom Archives construction.
