摘  要:以6%EPDM-g-MAH、POE-g-MAH和LLDPE-g-MAH用于改善玻纤增强聚酰胺66(PA66-GF33)体系的韧性,研究了常温下它们对体系力学性能的影响,及其在-30℃和-50℃低温环境下体系缺口冲击强度的变化;考察三种增韧剂体系制成的加强型挡板座低温使用性能表现。结果表明,EPDM-g-MAH对PA66-GF33体系具有较好的低温韧性和加工性能;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示,EPDMg-MAH缺口冲击样条断裂面表现为韧性断裂;以EPDM-g-MAH为增韧剂含量的PA66-GF33体系作为原材料制备的挡板座产品耐低温冲击性能优于其他两种增韧剂。In this study,6% of EPDM-g-MAH,POE-g-MAH and LLDPE-g-MAH were used to improve of these ones the toughness of glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 ( PA66 - GF33) composite. The mechanical properties at room temperature of these ones were studied, as well as impact strength at -30℃ and -50℃. The low temperature performance of track insulators that made of those composites were also studied. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) results indicate that composite with EPDM-g-MAH has ductile fracture at the cross section. The track insulator that made of this composite has better low temperature impact performance than the other two composites.
