浅析农村留守未成年人监护制度

摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,农村到城市务工人员不断增长,相对应的农村中的留守未成年人也在不断增多。由于缺少必要的监护,农村留守未成年人所引发的社会问题也随之不断增多。例如,留守未成年人的抚养问题、教育问题、监护问题、犯罪问题,等等,并已引起国家和社会的广泛关注。立足于我国农村留守未成年人权利保护现状,配之以对我国法律相关规定的分析,适度考量国外相关方面的立法,探索既适合我国国情,同时有利于保护留守未成年人权利的监护制度,以丰富我国的农村留守未成年人监护制度。With the rapid development of social economy,rural-to-urban migrant workers continues to grow,the corresponding minors left behind in rural areas is constantly increasing,due to the lack of necessary care,rural staying minors with social problems caused by the growing,for example,stay minors support issues,education issues,custody issues,crime and so on.These problems have caused widespread concern in the state and society.In this paper,the concept of rural staying minors from starting,by staying on the current status of rural Minors analysis to identify at which deficiencies and propose appropriate recommendations for the improvement of the problem.
