高岭土制备复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁的研究

摘　　要：以高岭土为原料,经高温焙烧,酸溶,水解,聚合等步骤,制备了复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁。考察了焙烧温度、时间、酸溶温度、酸溶时间、液固比对铝铁溶出率的影响,并确定了最佳聚合条件。絮凝实验表明,制备的聚合氯化铝铁具有很好的絮凝效果。A practical method for the preparation of PAFC from Kaolin was reported. The optimum reaction conditions for the preparation of PAFC, including Calcination temperature, Calcination time, acid soluble temperature, acid soluble time and liquid-solid ratio, were determined. The results of the coagulation-flocculation experiments for treating wastewater show that the performance of PAFC prepared from Kaolin has a good flocculation effect.
