摘  要:磷酸氨镁法应用于污水处理的限制因素主要是投加镁源而增加的处理费用。为了找出经济、高效的镁源,文章研究了p H、搅拌时间、n(Mg)∶n(N)和n(P)∶n(N)对氯化镁等四种不同镁源脱氮除磷的影响,同时得出了不同镁源的最佳控制条件。结果表明:Mg Cl2·6H2O和Mg SO4的最佳搅拌时间都为30分钟,最佳p H分别为10.5和10;Mg O和(Mg CO3)4·Mg(OH)2·5H2O的最佳搅拌时间分别为60分钟和90分钟,最佳p H分别为7和8;Mg Cl2·6H2O、Mg SO4、Mg O和(Mg CO3)4·Mg(OH)2·5H2O在其最佳的控制条件下对氨氮和正磷酸盐的去除率分别为,82%和92%、74%和75%、74%和79%、80%和84%。只考虑氮磷的去除率,Mg Cl2·6H2O是最好的镁源,Mg Cl2·6H2O和Mg SO4所需的搅拌时间短但p H较高,Mg O和(Mg CO3)4·Mg(OH)2·5H2O需要的p H较低但搅拌时间较长,对于不同水质、水量的污水,还需要进一步实验研究确定最佳镁源。Main limiting factor that magnesium ammonium phosphate method applied in sewage treatment is increasing cost because of adding magnesium source. In order to find out the economic and efficient source of magnesium, the article studied the influence of five factors including p H、mixture time、n(Mg)∶n(N)and n(P) ∶ n(N) to the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus by Mg Cl2·6H2O and so on four different magnesium source. At the same time it is concluded that the optimal control of different magnesium source conditions. The results showed that: Mg Cl2·6H2O and Mg SO4's optimum mixture time were 30 minutes, the optimum p H were 7 and 8, respectively; Mg O and(Mg CO3)4·Mg(OH)2·5H2O's optimum mixture time were 60 minutes and 90 minutes, respectively, the optimum p H were 7and 8. Respectively, using Mg Cl2·6H2O 、 Mg SO4 、 Mg O and(Mg CO3)4·Mg(OH)2·5H2O as magnesium source and under each optimum control conditions, the ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate were 82 % and 92 %、74 % and 75 %、74 % and 79 %、80 % and 84 %, respectively. Only consider the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, Mg Cl2·6H2O is the best source of magnesium. Mg Cl2·6H2O and Mg SO4 required short mixing time but high p H values, Mg O and(Mg CO3)4·Mg(OH)2·5H2O desired p H lower but longer mixing time.For different quality and quantity of sewage water,requires further experimental study to determine the best source of magnesium.
