青牛胆中巴马汀、药根碱的含量测定

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,使用YMC-Pack Pro C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水(含0.5%醋酸)-甲醇洗脱,流速为1.0m L/min,检测青牛胆的不同部位中巴马汀和药根碱的含量。实验结果表明,青牛胆块根和藤茎中均含有巴马汀和药根碱。该检测结果可为青牛胆和宽筋藤的物质基础研究提供参考。To determinate the contents of palmatine and jatrorrhizine in the rhizom and ratan of Tinospora sagittata. HPLC was applied. The ginsenoside palmatine and jatrorrhizine were separated on YMC-Pack Pro C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with water and methanol as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0m L/min. The palmatine and jatrorrhizine were found in the rhizom and ratan of Tinospora sagittata. The data will be important guide of the studies on material basis of Tinospora sagittata.
