进口血竭与国产血竭的比较性研究

摘　　要：比较进口血竭药材与国产血竭药材的色谱图,并建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定不同产地血竭中龙血素A和龙血素B的含量,为血竭药材质量控制提供有效的方法。采用超声波提取法,通过HPLC法对不同产地血竭进行比较,其色谱条件:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱,流动相为:A乙腈,B 0.4%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,流速为1 m L/min,柱温为室温,检测波长为280 nm,记录时间60 min,进样量10μL。国产血竭与进口血竭,两者高效液相色谱图差异明显,进口血竭中龙血素A和龙血素B的含量明显高于国产血竭。To compare fingerprinting of foreign Resina Draconis crude drugs with that of Chinese ones. By using HPLC method for determination of the difference Resina Draconis Loureirin A and Loureirin B content.Extraction by ultrasonic method, using Agilent Zorbax SB-C18. column mobile phase： A acetonitrile, B 0.4 % phosphoric acid; Gradient elution, The mobile phase flow rate was 1 m L/min, column temperature was at room temperature, the detection wavelength was 280 nm, recording time 60 min, and the injection volume 10μL; Apparent differences were shown between the native and the foreign Resina Draconis. The contents of loureirin A and loureirin B were higher in foreign Resina Draconis compared with native Resina Draconis.
