摘  要:建立了自动索氏浸提-气相色谱-质谱联用法测定电子电气产品聚合物中二甲苯麝香的方法。样品采用冷冻研磨仪粉碎后,用环己烷作为萃取剂,在自动索氏浸提装置中萃取,真空旋转蒸发仪浓缩后采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪选择离子监测进行定量分析。二甲苯麝香的检出限为0.06 mg/kg,定量限为0.2 mg/kg,在0.5、1.0、5.0 mg/kg三个添加水平范围内的平均回收率(每个添加浓度平行测定6次)为86.0%~98.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值均小于5%。该方法适用于对电子电气产品聚合物中二甲苯麝香的检测工作。A method for the determination of musk xylene in Polymers of electronical products by automatic soxhlet extraction system-gas chromatography/Mass spectrometry(GC/MS) was developed. The samples were milled by cryomill, and were extracted by cyclohexane in automatic soxhlet extraction system, then the solution was concentrated by vacuum rotary evaporator to quantificationally analyze by GC-MS selective ion monitoring. The limit of detection(LOD) for musk xylene was 0.06 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation(LOQ) was 0.2 mg/kg. The average reciveries at the three levels of 0.5, 1.0, 5.0 mg/kg were 86.0 %~98.5 % and the RSDs were less than 5 %. The method is adapted to the determination of musk xylene in Polymers of electronical products.
