摘　　要：国防生是我国军队后备军官的重要来源,具有在校大学生和后备军官的双重身份,其特殊性也决定了国防生在校期间培养模式的不同。新时期下,探究当代优秀国防生培养模式意义重大;文章从胜任力模型切入,归纳出成为一名卓越国防生干部所需要具备的一系列素质,并有针对性的提出改进措施,对目前各签约高校的国防生培养有较好参考意义。As the important source of China Military reserve officers, National defense students have dual identity of college students and reserve officers. The particularity decides there exit different cultivating patterns of national defense students during the academic year. In the new period, therefore, explore the contemporary cultivating pattern of the national defense students is of great significance. Based on the competency model, a series of qualities that an outstanding national defense student needs are summarized in the article and the targeted improvements was proposed, which is a valuable reference to the cultivation of national defense students in colleges and universities.
